Ross Brand is Director of Digital Marketing at Sara Pandolfi & Co, developing and executing social media campaigns that attract customers and talent. Ross applies his media background to content creation, audience engagement and branding to ensure high “fan to customer” conversion rates. He specializes in both strategy and management across multiple digital marketing channels.

At Sara Pandolfi & Co, Ross headed the social media launch of award-winning pastry chef Emily Luchetti’s #dessertworthy movement, which within a few months earned media coverage from, The Los Angeles Times, Huffington Post, and the James Beard Foundation. His leadership in digital event marketing was key to the success of such major Sara Pandolfi & Co productions as DV4 and From Farm to Tray.

Ross brings HR generalist and recruitment experience and a business-first approach to human capital initiatives. He specializes in social media solutions to enhance recruiting and employer branding and facilitates employees to serve as brand advocates on social media. His expertise in career services, communication and personal branding enables him to coach job seekers and entrepreneurs on strategies that increase their marketability. New York University recognized Ross with the Human Resource Industry Excellence Award in 2014. 

A popular speaker and guest lecturer at NYU, Ross instructs graduate business students to leverage social media for competitive advantage in their organizations and careers. He also leads workshops on using social media marketing for event promotion and constituent engagement. With a Master’s degree from NYU and Bachelor’s from Lafayette College, Ross serves as Digital Editor at HR Avant-Garde and covers emerging digital media platforms for Livestream Universe.
